Your sailing profile
For the electric propulsion/engine capacity we have assumed 2 x Mastervolt PodMaster 10 (10 kW/48 V). This recommended system enables you to cruise at five knots for four hours. You can also replace the recommended battery set with two 24 V Mastervolt Lithium Ion batteries. In addition to benefits such as a long life span and superior technology, these weigh 150 kg less and offer a 60-litre saving on volume.

The Basics
You don't want to have to think about what to use or when. Simultaneous power is best.
